Return Window
If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns after 30 days may qualify for store credit at CMW’s discretion. This applies to Canada and US orders only; other countries are final sale.
International shipments may experience customs delays beyond CMW’s control.
Return Conditions & Restocking Fees
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Restocking fees apply:
- Canada: 20% restocking fee
- United States, Steel/Aluminum products: 20% restocking fee + 25% tariff surcharge
- United States, other products: 20% restocking fee + 12.5% tariff surcharge
Non-compliant returns may be refused or result in partial refunds.
Refunds
We refund the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping costs, customs duties, and return shipping fees will be deducted unless the return involves a verified manufacturer’s defect within warranty.
Warranty
Electrical ventilation parts: up to 30 days after delivery by CMW, up to 1 year by manufacturer. Other products and missing items: customers must report the issue within 14 days of delivery. Warranty excludes mishandling or incorrect installation.
